Beach Plum Farm, only 2 miles away, is where we grow many of the herbs and vegetables served here in our restaurants.

Kitchen to Crops

We are taking food waste from our kitchens to Beach Plum Farm for composting and organic fertilizer.

Collecting Glass

Our lounges, night clubs and restaurants save all glass containers for twice-weekly recycling collection.
